From their web site it appears this has both cellular capability and GPS. This was installed in my sisters VW beetle and registered to a financial company long before she bought the vehicle. This is a Calamp GPS cellular tracker. All but the red and black wires have been cut off.

I removed it from the vehicle because was coming on and looking for a signal never getting one since deactivated, hence drawing about 30ma continuous even with car off so her battery draining sooner that would otherwise.
